NHBC Buildmark – what’s covered?
The structure, foundations and roofing of your home are covered for the 10 years by the NHBC Buildmark Warranty.
It’s a 10 year insurance policy and the full details are sent out in your Buildmark Cover document which you will receive from your solicitor. The NHBC also provides a useful booklet called ‘Guide to your new home’ which contains important advice about running and maintaining your new home.
