3 years run from the date of completion and assumes a tenant is in place immediately.

Fees do not relate to any mortgage application, mortgage repayment or purchasing fees. They relate to tenant management fees which are monthly fees charged by letting agents.

Rental income insurance premiums relate to protection of purchaser’s income once a tenant is in place for the duration of the tenancy up to a maximum of 3 years.

Development management fees cover general communal area upkeep. Ground rent fees, where applicable, are paid to the freeholder.
