Space for your growing family

We build homes that fit your family’s needs, whether that’s room to grow, more storage solutions, outdoor space to enjoy together or good schools nearby.

Space for all the family

The bigger picture

We know that having extra space is important for growing families, so we design and build our homes with you in mind.

Our new homes feel bright and spacious because we use thoughtful design with free-flowing layouts and great use of natural light. And our smart storage options mean you won’t be taking a tumble over toys that haven’t got a home.

And we know that there’s more to a great home than just a roof and walls. We build our new homes in communities that are a safe place to bring up your children, giving you real peace of mind.

A place you’ll love to live in

We build homes in the best locations, close to everything your family needs. You’ll never be too far from the local supermarket, park, leisure facilities and good schools. Work and playtime should never be too far away, giving you more precious time to spend as a family.

We also make sure that we’ve got green spaces at our developments where you and your family can enjoy fresh air and fun.

Well-lit streets and parks mean you shouldn’t need to worry about taking the dog for a walk. Plus, we create pedestrianised areas within our developments and encourage drivers to keep their speed below 20mph, meaning safer streets for parents and children.

About these calculations

All savings are based on space and water heating in a typical gas central heated property, using an average gas price of 4.21p/kWh correct as of July 2014. Savings are the modelled differences in heating running costs between typical historic homes (sourced from SAP 2009) and modern Barratt Homes (sourced from Barratt Homes), assuming the dimensions remain the same. Dimensions are based on the Holden (detached house), Barwick (Semi-detached house), Tiverton (mid-terrace house) and Foxton (flat) Barratt Home properties. Please note that savings may vary with different historical home configurations, construction type and building orientation which has an effect upon heating requirements. This information should only be used as a guide.
