The apartments at Ocean are traditionally built with concrete slabs between each floor which reduces noise and settling once built.
The build so far
First phase almost complete
Ocean launched for sale in June 2015 and blocks 8, 9 and 10 are now build complete with just a few finishing touches to be made. We expect our first customers will move in by summer 2016 and we expect the whole development to be finished in June 2018.
Hassle free city living
All our apartments are factored for hassle free living. It covers the maintenance of the grounds, landscaping, stairwells and lifts. Your building insurance is also included and you don’t even have to clean your windows!
