Construction on Phase 1 commenced in August 2004.

The development launched in August 2005 with the opening of the Buchanan and Norbury show homes and Falkirk apartments. December 2005 saw the first residents moving into their brand new three bedroom Buchanan.

We are now on Phase 2 and the current show homes are a Maidstone and a Richmond. We anticipate the site to be completed by December 2013.
