Help to Buy the home you want

Make your money go further with Help to Buy. First time buyers or existing homeowners can buy a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 20% equity loan – available on all new builds in England under £600,000. Easily find homes within your price range using our handy Help to Buy calculator.

Adjust the slider to the amount of deposit you have available. This calculator assumes that the minimum allowable deposit on a ‘with Help to Buy’ mortgage is 5% and the maximum allowable deposit is 30%. This calculator also assumes that the minimum deposit for a ‘without Help to Buy’ mortgage is 15%.

Mortgage interest rates are set by mortgage providers and will depend on a number of factors such as your deposit value, the value of the property and your financial circumstances. As a guide, as of September 2013 most mortgage rates are between 3% and 6%. This calculator works on the basis of a capital and interest repayment mortgage, with interest calculated monthly.

[?]

Adjust the slider to the amount you might expect to be able to repay each month on your mortgage. The results will include your other settings, including your mortgage amount, length of the mortgage term and interest rate. Note that this amount does not include the interest repayable to the Government on your Help to Buy equity loan from year 5 onwards.

A fantastic location

Papworth Everard is a traditional village with a proud past. Trust houses were once built for workers at the renowned Papworth Hospital. Today, few houses are built here so demand is very high. Papworth Everard is also very well connected. Summers Field sits in the middle of the A1, A14 and M11 triangle, providing fast links to Cambridge, Milton Keynes and London. The St Neots train also speeds you to London Kings Cross in around 43 minutes.

Papworth Everard enjoys excellent road links  being in the middle of the A1, A14 and M11 triangle, providing good journey times into Cambridge, Milton Keynes and London. The A428 to the west takes you to St. Neots and then the A1.  From St Neots train station you can speed to London Kings Cross in around 43 minutes.  Finally, Cambourne is close by with a wealth of amenities to benefit from.
