The build so far

Elworth Gardens is on Moss Lane in Sandbach and consists of 144 new family homes. Build started in 2012 with the first completion taking place the same year. We have sold 142 homes to date including three show homes and expect the development to be build complete by the end of this year. Last two homes now selling.
