Linked to London, Essex and the rest of Cambridgeshire via the M11 corridor Peterborough is well located for access to a number of cities. Peterborough Railway Station is an important link for the East Midland Main Line with high speed services from Edinburgh to Kings Cross. The Sycamores is situated 4 miles from junction 17 of the A1 meaning direct access to the M1 and cities such as London, Northampton and Milton Keynes.

The Sycamores is well located for excellent road links. Neighbouring the development is the A15 that can take you to the Fletton Parkway in just 5 minutes and around an 8 minute drive to the A1(M).

If you are not looking to drive, you are just a short walk from the off Hicks Lane bus stop. Bus number 6 runs every 20 minutes and can take you in both directions, keeping you connected to local towns.
