The build so far

Works have commenced on the main entrance road off of Pebsham Lane, approximately 340m north-east from the junction with Westwood Road. Once you've entered the development you can discover our show home and marketing suite on the left. First completions have already happened with more underway in summer and autumn of 2016.

A fantastic location

Nestling between the popular towns of Eastbourne and Royal Tunbridge Wells to the north, Bexhill is set in magnificent countryside. There is a wealth of castles, historic attractions and places of interest in and around Bexhill, 1066 Country, Eastbourne and Sussex, for young and old alike. The nearby South Downs Way, an area of outstanding natural beauty, offers awe-inspiring views, colourful wildlife and many fine pubs.

Bexhill is in easy reach of all main south coast destinations. By road the A259 west will take you to the A22 for Eastbourne, Brighton and Worthing. Follow east to Hastings, where the A21 north meets with Tunbridge Wells.

Train services run along the south coast west and east for all local connections. Stagecoach operates the main commercial bus services in the district of Rother and a voluntary charitable organisation runs another four routes in the town.
