Essentials on your doorstep

The best of village life can be found in Hartley Wintney.

With a community store, post office, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, banks, off licence, dry cleaners and petrol station, most day-to-day requirements are on the doorstep as well as including a doctors' surgery and dentist.

Furthermore, a collection of antique shops, furniture and gift shops can be found nestled in the village.

Efficient, modern design

Throughout St Mary's Park are areas of open space which provide open vistas to many of the homes while also providing natural surveillance. Architecturally, St Mary's Park reflects the Hampshire vernacular with mainly two storey elevations comprising an eclectic mix of tile hanging, render and red brick, soldier coursework and decorative detailing.

All the houses have private gardens at the rear, while front gardens are traditionally bounded. Conservatory areas are a feature of all the two, three, four and five bedroom houses while master bedrooms boast en suite shower rooms and many of the layouts are flexible that bedrooms can be used as studies.

The build so far

St Mary's Park has been a continued success with over 95% of the homes on phase one now build complete and sold. The construction team will continue to proudly bring quality finished homes to one of the most desirable areas of the country.

Site Manager, Charlie, has received two of the highest accolades for build quality in new homes by the NHBC.
