Efficient, modern design

We deliver more than just buildings- we deliver developments that create a true sense of place providing all the things you need to turn a house into a home. At Barratt we also use modern materials and building techniques to deliver energy efficient homes which reduce running costs and help the environment.

At Ribble Meadows we have used a mix of stone elevations, red facing brick and ivory render with white windows and black doors. The development is surrounded by public open space with farm land giving a country feel with modern living.

The build so far

Ribble Meadows in the beautiful Ribble Valley, Clitheroe combines a mix of three and four bedroom family homes in mews, semi detached and detached styles. We will be building 135 new homes with 112 already sold. The development is expected to be complete by Summer 2017.
