Essentials on your doorstep

You will find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the scenery at Imagine Park. Every home has a garden and the development features a wide variety of open spaces. Liverpool also provides access to traditional markets and contemporary shopping, in a rural setting. Ideas for day trips include ‘Catalyst’, a groundbreaking science and chemistry museum, Halton Castle and Norton Priory.

Efficient, modern design

At Barratt we use modern materials and building techniques to deliver energy efficient homes which reduce running costs and help the environment. Our homes are 45-55% more enery efficient than a same sized older home - even after it's been modernised. You could save £1,312 per year on your energy bills*.

At Imagine Park we have used a selection of red, marlborough and ivory render facing brick with smooth blue detail and grey slate roof tiles. The development has lots of open space with soft landscaping throughout giving a fresh look and feel.

The build so far

When you move to Imagine Park, you'll become part of a community that has been growing since 2012. The build of Phase 2 began in Autumn 2015, meaning there will now be a total of 281 homes - ranging from one to four bedrooms. So far we have sold 176 of the homes. Three brand new show homes are now open and available to view.

Evenings and weekends

Liverpool City Centre is world renowned for its culture, heritage and modern shopping facilities. Its reputation precedes it for any local or visitor to the North West, and living close by at Imagine Park will ensure you can experience the best this city has to offer, whilst still being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city at home.

Being a short walk away from Speke Retail Park means you can shop until you drop, with stores open until late evening. There are also excellent cycle routes and walks along the Estuary and the historic village of Hale, going alongside the atmospheric Hale head lighthouse.

Live the life

Speke Hall is a rare Tudor timber-framed manor house in an unusual setting on the banks of the River Mersey. Restored and brought back to life in the 19th century, it is a unique and beautiful mixture of Tudor simplicity and Victorian Arts and Crafts' aesthetics. For lovers of the outdoors, there are a range of excellent parks to choose from; Calderstones, Camp Hill and Sefton Park to name a few. Dobbies garden centre is a great place to visit for local produce, you can enjoy a great breakfast or an afternoon lunch.
