Our current phase is now sold out and residents have moved in.  The next phase, Edgware Green, comprising approximately 400 homes is coming soon. The whole development, which will consist of nearly 950 homes, is expected to complete by 2017.

Site Manager Dave Wood has 35 years in the industry and has been with Barratt for four years. He oversees construction work, ensuring that your new home is completed to satisfaction.

Project Manager Stuart Jones has been in housebuilding for 30 years and oversees construction on site.
