Our current phase is now sold out and residents have moved in.  The next phase, Edgware Green, comprising approximately 400 homes is coming soon. The whole development, which will consist of nearly 950 homes, is expected to complete by 2017.

Site Manager Dave Wood has 35 years in the industry and has been with Barratt for four years. He oversees construction work, ensuring that your new home is completed to satisfaction.

Project Manager Stuart Jones has been in housebuilding for 30 years and oversees construction on site.

On the border of Edgware and leafy Stanmore, with its great range of boutiques, shops and restaurants and perfectly positioned on the edge of the Metropolitan Green Belt, it is just a short tube journey into the buzz of central London, ideal for the London commuter.

Stanmore and Edgware tube stations (zone 5) are within a 20 minute walk (Northern and Jubilee line) with travel times to Camden Town in 26 minutes, Wembley Stadium, Baker Street and Kings Cross in 29 minutes, and Oxford Circus in 34 minutes.  By car you can be at Brent Cross Shopping Centre in 17 minutes and Finchley Road in 20 minutes.
