There is a choice of different layouts, with the option of a traditional layout with the main living space on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first and second floors. Alternatively, there is a more contemporary style, with the kitchen/dining area and garage on the ground floor and living room on the first floor. In all of the homes, French doors open on to a rear garden.

Many of the apartments are housed in low rise three-storey buildings. A larger apartment building overlooks the peaceful green space. The apartments are very light and airy, with an open plan living area opening on to a private balcony.

Hayes and Harlington station, less than a mile or around 15 minutes’ walk away, provides frequent services to central London, Heathrow Airport and surrounding towns.
