Essentials on your doorstep

Hayes is a lively and fascinating community. The Kali Mata Mandir Hindu temple in Hayes is one of only 26 Hindu communities in the UK and there are also two Muslim mosques in the town.

  • Backing on to open parkland and with plenty of green space within the development to enjoy
  • Beautiful 20-acre formal park, Bell House Field, has open-air theatre, bandstand and children's playground

Efficient, modern design

There is a choice of different layouts, with the option of a traditional layout with the main living space on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first and second floors. Alternatively, there is a more contemporary style, with the kitchen/dining area and garage on the ground floor and living room on the first floor. In all of the homes, French doors open on to a rear garden.

Many of the apartments are housed in low rise three-storey buildings. A larger apartment building overlooks the peaceful green space. The apartments are very light and airy, with an open plan living area opening on to a private balcony.

Meet the team

The Sales Team at Holmesgate Place

Paul brings a wealth of knowledge to the sales team. Working together with the construction team they strive to run a well maintained development.

Site Manager, Enrique, religiously monitors the build from the ground upward. After-care is always important to him and addressing concerns that our new home owners have is always top priority.

A fantastic location

Hayes is within the Borough of Hillingdon, a vibrant area to the west of London that is home to a vast range of cultures and nationalities and has a distinct character of its own. The Kali Mata Mandir Hindu temple in Hayes is one of only 26 Hindu communities in the UK and there are also two Muslim mosques in the town. Neighbouring Southall is home to Gurdwara Sri Guru Singh Sabha, Europe's largest Sikh temple.

Holmesgate Place is located just over a mile from the M4, which links to the M25 and M40, and leads directly into central London and to the west country. Hayes and Harlington station, less than a mile or around 15 minutes’ walk away, provides frequent services to central London, Heathrow Airport and surrounding towns.

There is a bus stop next to the development and services run frequently along Church Road, connecting with Hayes and Harlington station and with Uxbridge to the north and Hounslow to the south.

Travelling abroad couldn’t be easier with the UK’s largest airport, London Heathrow, on the doorstep, just five miles away.
