Make your money go further with Help to Buy. First time buyers or existing homeowners can buy a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 20% equity loan – available on all new builds in England under £600,000. Easily find homes within your price range using our handy Help to Buy calculator.

Adjust the slider to the amount of deposit you have available. This calculator assumes that the minimum allowable deposit on a ‘with Help to Buy’ mortgage is 5% and the maximum allowable deposit is 30%. This calculator also assumes that the minimum deposit for a ‘without Help to Buy’ mortgage is 15%.

Mortgage interest rates are set by mortgage providers and will depend on a number of factors such as your deposit value, the value of the property and your financial circumstances. As a guide, as of September 2013 most mortgage rates are between 3% and 6%. This calculator works on the basis of a capital and interest repayment mortgage, with interest calculated monthly.

[?]

Adjust the slider to the amount you might expect to be able to repay each month on your mortgage. The results will include your other settings, including your mortgage amount, length of the mortgage term and interest rate. Note that this amount does not include the interest repayable to the Government on your Help to Buy equity loan from year 5 onwards.

Meet the team

Donna, Sales adviser

Sales

Donna has been with Barratt Homes as a Senior Sales Adviser for 4 years. She has previously worked for a number of other house builders across different roles. Much of her spare time is taken up with her family and gardening is her passion. Our sales advisers would love for you to pop in to Stratford Park to answer any questions you have including the schemes we provide to help you on your way to a beautiful new Barratt Home.

A fantastic location

Sitting at the northern edge of Milton Keynes, Stratford Park provides a surprise for anyone seeing it for the first time. You can enjoy village life with Stony Stratford only a mile away and for all those shopaholics Milton Keynes only a short drive, so as you can see you will not be short of things to do. You also have a new leisure centre as well as new local shops and recreation grounds.

Wolverton grew as a railway town so it has superb train connections, taking around 46 minutes to London Euston. Stratford Park is also close to the M1 and A5, both of which can be reached in minutes.

When using a satnav to visit us at Stratford Park, this will take you to the wrong location, If you are coming from Wolverton high street past the car sales garages then you will need to keep going until you reach 2 mini roundabouts, take the 1st exit onto Great Monk Street V5 and at the Greenleys roundabout the sales office will be on the left hand side. If coming from the A5 then you will need to keep straight on the V5 and you will find us at the Greenleys roundabout on the right hand side.
