Construction of 94 plots at Burrium Gate started in August 2007.

The development was divided into two sections, Burrium Chase and Burrium Gate, and was launched in November 2007 with the opening of the Longfellow, Thornton and Maidstone show homes. February 2008 saw the first residents moving into a brand new four bedroom Thornton.

With just one home remaining, the site expects to be complete very soon!
