Efficient, modern design

Your new home at Lyveden Fields has been built with a sustainable future in mind. We make sure that all of our building materials are responsibly sourced and that we recycle 95% of our site's waste. Every home includes insulated walls, doors and roofs to keep the warmth in and we also include energy efficient kitchen and bathroom fixtures and fittings. On the development there will be lots of open space ideal for children to play outdoors safely and the perfect place to walk the dog. For those who like to cycle there will be allocated bike sheds and a cycle routes throughout the development. There will also be areas that have been beautifully landscaped with shrubs and hedges which will help to encourage the local wildlife to flourish.

The build so far

Opening its doors in early 2012 and planned with families in mind, Lyveden Fields has proven very popular. With over 100 homes lived in by happy Barratt buyers in the first phase of the development, it has been decided to build a phase 2.
