The build so far

After starting on site in August 2010, the first legal completions were in December 2010.

Site Manager, Kevin, oversees the construction of our homes, ensuring everyone is safe. He makes sure your new home is of the highest quality and will show you how your new home is taking shape.

A completed purchase doesn’t mean the service from us ends there. Our customer services team will be able to help you in the unlikely event of an emergency, you’re also provided with five-years out of hours emergency cover, giving you peace of mind.

A fantastic location

Located closely to the River Trent, you can enjoy some lovely, peaceful walks along side, with the canals also offering pleasant walks and are home to an array of local wildlife. Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday Rugeley town centre holds an outdoor market as well as a daily indoor market offering 45 stalls, where you can find a great selection of products. Bracken Gardens is within easy reach of the A51, which leads to the town of Lichfield and the M6, ideal for those who need to commute.
