Efficient, modern design
The development comprises of 150 units from 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and apartments, including terraced, semi-detached and detached.
Different character areas are created within the master plan and Bracken Gardens falls within the character zone. This accommodates a tree lined primary vehicle route and a central green space, which is overlooked by the house types.
A simple material palette of brick and render help to create an informal and contemporary design. Focal buildings are located at key points through the layout which help to create an individual style and sense of place.
The build so far
After starting on site in August 2010, the first legal completions were in December 2010.
We are building 151 units across two phases simultaneously with build completion expected in December 2014.
