The positioning of the Orton Place feature apartments will create a vista when entering the site and the opening either side will allow views on the existing Trent and Mersey Canal.  Centrally within the site, a small equipped play area is to be provided. Varied roof lines will help to create interest and a palette of red brick and grey roof tiles with white window frames, help to create a simple, uncomplicated design. The build so far

Orton Place is a single phase 151 unit scheme which includes 48 apartments overlooking the Trent and Mersey canal. Construction commenced in December 2010 with the first occupations in August 2011, build completion is forecast for June 2016.
