Meet the team

The Sales Team at New Central

Wendy has worked in New Home Sales for the last 6 years, has only been with Barratt for just over one year and in that time has won two ‘Team Excellence Awards’.

Andrew has significant experience within the property market. Having worked for several developers, both in commercial and residential.

Bianca and Shuheb complete the team at New Central. Their drive, enthusiasm and passion for the business is a credit to the company and reflected in their approach to delivering a quality service to customers.

A fantastic location

New Central will be a fabulous new destination in its own right but its location ensures it still benefits from Woking's existing retail, entertainment and commercial areas. With both the Basingstoke Canal that runs through the town and the nearby River Wey Navigation, there are also pretty walks and cycle rides along the tow paths while both Woking Park and nearby Horsell Common provide wide open spaces to be enjoyed.

Woking is a thriving Surrey town, 23 miles south-west of London. It has superb transport links, being within a few miles of both the M25 and M3 motorways. Gatwick (35 miles) and Heathrow (15 miles) Airports are both easily accessible by road, with a RailAir coach link serving Heathrow direct from Woking train station.

Trains from Woking station (200 metres from New Central) depart for London Waterloo every eight minutes at peak times during the week, and every 15 minutes at weekends. The journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Trains also leave Woking direct for Wimbledon, Basingstoke, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Exeter.
