Efficient, modern design

The 350 homes planned at Maple Park are being built to 'Lifetime Home standard', this includes features such as internal doors and staircases that are wider than usual and an accessible downstairs toilet with space for a future shower.

With energy saving in mind the homes include improved insulation to the structure. Inside the home a high efficiency boiler and a smart meter enables you to monitor and control your energy usage. Along with water saving measures these are all cost saving features.

The development has been designed with ecology enhancements to the landscaping to create an enjoyable environment. There is storage for household recycling and cycle sheds or cycle storage within your garage.

The build so far

Construction at Maple Park is progressing well across the site with further completions due this June, and continuing monthly, which is helping to establish the development. General landscaping to open spaces is progressing and creating a nice environment to live in.

Legal Advice

If you need it, we can provide you with a list of fully independent solicitors. Offering fast, effective service at competitive rates, the firms we recommend have handled thousands of transactions for Barratt and are familiar with the entire process – meaning less hassle for you.

Quality

Our homes appeal to potential tenants, not just because they look great, but also because we design them to be energy efficient and low maintenance to live in. Our homes have won some of the industry’s most coveted awards for design and quality, and we’re the only major national housebuilder to be awarded a Five Star Housebuilder Award by the Homebuilders Federation, every year since 2009.

Great locations

Decades of UK building experience means we really understand the market – creating homes people desire, in places they want to live. Our properties offer great local amenities and facilities, and are close to major transport links. People like living in Barratt homes – which makes them great investments.
