Essentials on your doorstep

Holly Blue Meadows is in a great location for your growing family, especially if you have young children with Fulfen Primary School conveniently just a short walk away.

  • Secondary schools are also easily accessible in the local area.
  • Burntwood Post Office is just a few minutes’ walk away.
  • Morrisons supermarket is less than a mile away with a Co-op close by for everyday requirements.

Efficient, modern design

Holly Blue Meadows is a joint venture with Taylor Wimpey and together we will bring a total of 251 new homes to the area, with 133 of these built by us in terraced, semi-detached and detached styles. We have taken the local existing properties into consideration when designing our homes, however our aim to make this a distinct place to live with the help of external materials and landscaping.

The homes we are building are more energy efficient than an older home of the same size by up to 45-55%*. This means you can make an average saving of £1,312* a year on your energy bills.

*For more information on our energy efficient homes, click here.

The build so far

Construction of our homes started in March 2015 and we opened a temporary sales centre in July. Our permanent sales centre is now open, along with our three beautiful show homes, come along and see how your new could look. We will have completed all our homes here by June 2019.
