The build so far

Sutton Chase is now open in Ogmore-by-Sea. Construction on this development began in February 2016 and the launch of our Show Home and Sales Centre. Our very first fmaily moved into their new home in April 2016, and Sutton Chase is expected to be completed in Spring 2017.
