The designs of the house types follow a contemporary theme and are the result of detailed discussions with the Local Authority and Urban Designers, which create a distinct place to live. The design layout creates new focal buildings, open areas, and links to the existing nature corridor. A simple palette of materials along with boundary treatments and landscaping, reinforce the sites unique character. It has linkage between the existing residential development on Constantine Way, a new equipped play area and is close to the Midland Metro line.

The build so far

Dukes Park is the final 131 units of a two phase 279 unit development. Build commenced in August 2010 with the first completions in June 2011 and build completion forecast for July 2015.
