Efficient, modern design

The Crescent comprises of a mixture of retail, a new library and 191 residential  units comprising of 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom homes, in apartment, semi-detached, terraced and detached forms located around the existing All Saints Church, which forms heart of the development. The new housing continues the simple, traditional style, already in the locality and the chosen materials will ensure longevity and simplicity of maintenance are retained. A palette of red and buff brick and render will help to identify corners and define vistas. The streets have been designed to keep vehicle speeds low.

The build so far

The Crescent is a single phase 191 unit scheme which also includes a new neighbourhood shopping centre, public squares and library which were completed in November 2011 and are now occupied. The first families moved in during May 2011 and build completion is forecast for June 2014.
