Efficient, modern design
The units fronting onto Coombs Road will help to create a strong sense of place. The site is bounded by mature trees; the majority of these are being retained.
Within the centre of the site, the houses are stepped back from the road. This provides an opportunity for new landscaping to be planted, and a more open area to be created.

The build so far
Build started in October 2011 and we have now completed the drainage infrastructure works and the three showhomes which are currently due to open in October 2012. We expect to take possession of the balance of the site in June with build on the remaining 67 units to commence immediately and the first legal completions forecast for March 2013.
