Help to Buy the home you want

Make your money go further with Help to Buy. First time buyers or existing homeowners can buy a new home with just a 5% deposit and a 20% equity loan – available on all new builds in England under £600,000. Easily find homes within your price range using our handy Help to Buy calculator.

Adjust the slider to the amount of deposit you have available. This calculator assumes that the minimum allowable deposit on a ‘with Help to Buy’ mortgage is 5% and the maximum allowable deposit is 30%. This calculator also assumes that the minimum deposit for a ‘without Help to Buy’ mortgage is 15%.

Mortgage interest rates are set by mortgage providers and will depend on a number of factors such as your deposit value, the value of the property and your financial circumstances. As a guide, as of September 2013 most mortgage rates are between 3% and 6%. This calculator works on the basis of a capital and interest repayment mortgage, with interest calculated monthly.

[?]

Adjust the slider to the amount you might expect to be able to repay each month on your mortgage. The results will include your other settings, including your mortgage amount, length of the mortgage term and interest rate. Note that this amount does not include the interest repayable to the Government on your Help to Buy equity loan from year 5 onwards.

Essentials on your doorstep

The Pavilions is ideal for growing families with children of all ages.

It is surrounded by a great selection of Nursery and Primary schools, with the closest Secondary school being Earls High School which is less than 5 minutes' drive away.

Halesowen College is also in the local area providing many different courses for those seeking further education.

Efficient, modern design

The units fronting onto Coombs Road will help to create a strong sense of place. The site is bounded by mature trees; the majority of these are being retained.

Within the centre of the site, the houses are stepped back from the road. This provides an opportunity for new landscaping to be planted, and a more open area to be created.

Mixtures of car parking options are created, including courtyard, on plot and on street. The roads have been designed to encourage reduced traffic speeds. A palette of red bricks and render to key areas and feature plots will be used, which will create a simple character to the development.

The build so far

Build started in October 2012 when we opened our sales centre and three show homes to the public. The first legal completions were in June 2013 and we anticipate the build will be completed by September 2014.
