Efficient, modern design

The Pavilions is situated off Coombs Road with the boundry of the development lined by mature trees, most of these will be retained once we are build complete here. The centre of the development offers landscaped sections and more open areas. The roads have been designed to reduce traffic speeds.

The build so far

Construction at The Pavilions started in October 2012 when we opened our sales centre and two stunning show homes to the public. The first legal completions took place in June 2013 and as anticipated we had completed build by the end of last year.
