Essentials on your doorstep

There is a great selection of nursery's and primary schools surrounding the development with The Stourport High School and Sixth Form Centre only 5 minutes drive away, making this development an ideal location for families with children of all ages.

Efficient, modern design

Waters Edge brings back in to use the Lichfield Canal Basin, which forms the central hub of the development. The unique waterside location allows the majority of units to view the basin. A palette of red brick and render, along with grey window frames are used to help create a contemporary design, but retains the traditional canal side development feel, with a mixture of roofing materials helping to reinforce the modern design. A conversion of the listed former Sail House in to three apartments is also proposed.

The build so far

Waters Edge is a multi-storey scheme of 146 apartments and townhouses wrapping around three sides of the Lichfield canal basin. Construction started in September 2007 with the first legal completions in June 2008 and build completion forecast for January 2013.
