Efficient, modern design

The former use of Gladstone Place was a Garden Nursery. The south-east of the development features beautiful views over the open countryside, with the Millennium Green and Parish Hall to the west. We have retained the existing mature trees and endeavour to create a development that will contribute to the existing diversity of Blakedown village.

The build so far

Construction in Blakedown started in autumn 2012 with the sales centre and stunning Stratford style show home launching in May 2013. We have recently sold our last home with the final property currently being built and will be moved in to soon.

Bianca has been with the company for two years and can offer a wealth of knowledge and experience, after recently purchasing a Barratt home herself.

A completed purchase doesn’t mean our service ends there. Becky, in our customer services team will help in the unlikely event of an emergency. We also provide five years out of hour’s emergency cover giving you for peace of mind.

A fantastic location

Local amenities can be found right on your doorstep with the beautiful village of Blakedown offering a small village shop providing you with a selection of fresh foods, a post office and a small selection of independant shops. However, the village is located just outside Kidderminster, which is easily accessible and you can find everything you need all in one place.

The Birmingham Road, the main road that runs through Blakedown, provides easy access to Kidderminster, Hagley and Stourbridge. By linking from the Birmingham Road on to the Stourbridge Road you will find the M5 easily accessible at junction 4 giving you access to the rest of the Midlands.

Blakedown train station serves the village residents with regular services to Worcester, Dorridge and Great Malvern, changing services at these stops can help you reach destinations further afield.
