Simon and Samantha Dawes needed to upsize to a larger home with a garden for their 3-year-old son Evan to play in – and found Barratt had just what they needed in a Durham village.
The couple now have all the space they want in their new 3-bedroom detached home, which came complete with carpets throughout, curtains and other furnishings.
Simon, 39, said: “Barratt have been instrumental in the move. Without their help, we wouldn’t have been able to buy the house we wanted.
“We particularly liked the design and layout, and we needed a house with plenty of room so Evan can run around and cause destruction! We chose this development because of its location; it’s in a really nice little village.
