Family home fits the bill!

When Andrew and Margaret Kairu of Kenley, Surrey decided to move home, they didn’t want to go too far as they love the area with its open countryside and easy commuting links. Being close to the station is also important as Andrew, a London banker, travels to work by train.

So, when a leaflet advertising a new Barratt development dropped through their letter box, they were keen to visit – and soon discovered it was just what they were looking for! They reserved one of the five-bedroom houses and moved in with their family just four months later.

Margaret said: "The house is a dream; we absolutely love it. We have a kitchen that’s large enough for the family to eat together there and there’s a fireplace in the living room that makes the house really cosy. Before we moved in, Barratt invited us to visit the Choices Centre and we selected lots of items to customise our home, which meant that the specification was exactly what we wanted."
