Buyers set their sites on Vizion

One of Milton Keynes' largest apartment schemes to date is experiencing a surge of buyers, including those from overseas.

Barratt Northampton's £82m million Vizion development off Avebury Boulevard has bagged an impressive two sales per week since September, with location and exclusive facilities being key selling points.

The housebuilder has also received interest from Saudi Arabia, with one buyer selecting a plot to stay during business trips.

Vizion consists of 307, one, two and three bedroom apartments formed from 11 buildings.

Charlotte Grant, sales negotiator, said: "We've seen as many as 50 visitors per week recently. There is a healthy demand for living at Vizion, which has been prompted by the unrivalled location and services offered."

Vizion is within walking distance of the train station, which has a direct link to London Euston in under 40 minutes - proving popular with professional buyers.

Residents can also stroll to many high-quality bars, restaurants and shops, including The Hub, offering an 'on your doorstep' lifestyle and less reliance on a car.

The development is also the first in the city to offer residents a concierge service, and a balcony with each home.

There is also an impressive private rooftop garden, larger than a football pitch, providing a unique vista of the city and surrounding countryside.

One bedroom homes currently start at £184,300, two bedroom styles at £236,800 and three bedroom apartments at £259,950.

The show apartments in Avebury Boulevard are open daily, 11.00am to 6.00pm. Tel: 01908 234951. www.barratthomes.co.uk
