To get to Hawkwell, the journey by car takes 10 minutes from Southend and 30 minutes from Chelmsford. From central London, the car journey takes around one hour 10 minutes depending on traffic, while the train from Liverpool Street to Hockley takes just 45 minutes.
If you’re going on holiday, London Stansted Airport is a 50 minute drive from Hawkwell, while London Gatwick can be reached in one hour 10 minutes. Heathrow and Luton Airports are also within easy reach, so there’s plenty of choice when you’re going abroad.
