East London transport links

There are superb transport links throughout East London, with a wide array of Underground services across different lines. The District line, for example, reaches as far as Upminster in Havering, which is close to the M25 boundary. This Tube service stops in places like East Ham and Upton Park on its way to central spots such as Tower Hill, Embankment and Westminster. Direct trains to the latter take less than an hour, while there are regular train services and bus routes across East London too.
