Sale and subletting of your property
Leaseholders wishing to sell or sub-let their property should make contact with the BRAM office on 0208 326 7324 for further information. Please note we will not grant consent for tenants on Housing and Benefits schemes. We do not charge a fee for sublet consent but we do request that you provide your alternative contact details so we can ensure important information about your property is received by you efficiently. Depending on the extent of the proposed work we will usually issue you with a licence for the alteration by return. We do not charge for this alteration consent but we do require that you inform us. You may encounter difficulties selling you property if you have not gained consent for the alteration from us or the landlord.
Pets may be kept at the property subject to consent. We do not charge a fee for this consent but do require that you formally apply for permission in order that we can manage the building effectively. Please be aware that should pets cause a nuisance to other leaseholders in any way then either BRAM or an individual leaseholder may take action against you, as a breach of the terms of the lease, and you may be required to re-house your pet.
Please do not store bicycles in the communal areas. They are not covered by either your contents policy or our buildings insurance. They can also cause obstruction and prevent a safe means of escape in the event of an emergency. BRAM reserve the right to remove any bicycles abandoned in the communal areas.

Residents are reminded to take all reasonable precautions to avoid causing noise nuisance to others. The lease usually requires that noise must be kept to a minimum between the hours of 11.00pm and 08.00am. When entertaining please remind your guests of this requirement.
The lease prohibits the owner or their tenants from installing a satellite dish or any other reception device outside the apartment. Similarly the hanging of washing, window boxes and for-sale signs is also prohibited.
