Woodlark Apartments, the latest collection of homes at Hendon Waterside, launched on Saturday 4th March.
Woodlark Apartments is a collection of one and two bedroom homes, all with outdoor space. Located on the rejuvenated Broadway, soon to be joined by new shops and cafés, most apartments benefit from views of The Green – a communal park that runs through the development, and the Welsh Harp Reservoir.
Around 30 people came to the event and everyone was eager to marvel at the stunning London views that can be seen from the two roof terraces on the 5th and 12th floors.
Hendon Waterside is an impressive regeneration scheme in West Hendon, comprising over 2,000 one, two and three-bedroom homes. Located in Zone 3 and adjacent to the Welsh Harp Reservoir, it is within walking distance of Hendon railway station and Hendon Central Tube station.
The development will revitalise this part of London by creating a vibrant new area to live, shop and work in. The multi-million pound regeneration of neighbouring Brent Cross and Cricklewood, intends to ‘create a new gateway for London and a vibrant new urban area in Barnet’.*
The new phase of apartments is expected to continue to gain interest as the build progresses and as West Hendon’s exciting transformation unfolds. Read more about why West Hendon is an exciting place to live.
