Chapter Street is ‘zoned for Growth’

The Resident magazine explains how to buy in Zone 1 for capital growth.

Fiona Brandhorst writing for The Resident states “extensive regeneration and improving transport links” in central London are “giving rise to new residential areas” where “savvy buyers can still look to buying in Zone One for capital growth”, picking Barratt London’s Chapter Street as a development offering future growth prospects.

Brandhorst notes that Victoria and Pimlico are seeing renewed interest “from buyers realising the benefits of living in such a central location”, where Barratt London “is selling two luxury developments converted from office blocks” – Chapter Street and Great Minster House.

Just a five-minute walk from Pimlico Tube station is Chapter Street, which has “just 31 apartments over seven storeys and has been luxuriously finished with marble and rich timber”. With both Pimlico Underground station and Victoria station just short walk away, Chapter Street is exceptionally well connected, making the daily commute a and journeys further afield a breeze.
