City AM looks at homes that are “changing the face of London’s Marina”

Fulham Riverside is featured in a focus on riverfront new-build homes.

City AM features Barratt London’s riverfront development, Fulham Riverside, in a piece looking at “how new build homes are changing the face of London’s marinas”. The spotlight was on Fulham Riverside’s latest release of one and two-bedroom apartments “in the exclusive postcode of SW6”.

The development of Fulham Riverside includes “new public walkways through landscaped piazzas, podium gardens and a continuation of the Thames river walk”. A few minutes’ walk along the Thames, Chelsea Harbour Marina is a working marina, popular with both visiting yachtsmen and locals alike. Cross the river to reach Battersea Park and enjoy 200 acres of open space, home to a children’s zoo, boating lake and bandstand.

The latest release, Riverwalk, includes one and two-bedroom apartments, “all with terraces or balconies overlooking gardens or the Thames itself”. Once complete, Fulham Riverside will deliver 467 “homes set in modern architecture, ranging from studios to triplex penthouses” and six-bedroom townhouses.

In a prime position, “this stretch of riverside by Imperial Wharf Marina” offers convenient London living at its best. Set around an acre of tranquil gardens planted with native trees and box hedging, residents can enjoy water features, a maze, outdoor gym and even a game of badminton. Other amenities include a 24-hour concierge service, a fitness suite and underground car parking.
