London Property Magazine features Nine Elms Point in its 2015 list of "deluxe developments"

Natasha Higgins announces London's 2015 list of "deluxe developments" under construction.

Barratt London's Nine Elms Point is featured in this month’s edition of London Property Magazine, where Natasha Higgins announces the best of London’s ‘deluxe developments’ under construction in 2015.

Higgins says thanks to innovative new-builds, some "otherwise less central locations, fantastic new transport links and high-end shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are making these areas truly desirable". Royal Wharf, Nine Elms, Stratford and King's Cross are some of the 'new generation neighbourhoods' commanding high prices per square foot in exchange for high-quality properties.

Barratt London's Nine Elms Point and Great Minster House are both featured as "the very best of what's available to purchase" in the Capital.

Nine Elms Point's penthouses, studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes on Wandsworth Road are set adjacent to the planned Nine Elms underground station, and will bring a new flagship Sainsbury's to the area, which will not only provide convenient grocery shopping for residents but will also create 300 new jobs. The development is "set around exceptionally-large, landscaped courtyards" and the homes are "designed with generously-sized rooms and flexible, open-plan living spaces to adapt to the varying demands of contemporary lifestyles".
