Barratt London's development is the cover story for this month's edition of London Property Magazine - showcasing the Capital's premier properties.
Barratt London's Great Minster House is featured on the front cover of this month’s edition of London Property Magazine, which looks at 'the wonders of Westminster'.
With the ever-changing cityscape, Natasha Higgins announces the best of London’s ‘deluxe developments’ under construction in 2015; Barratt London's Nine Elms Point and Great Minster House are both featured as "the very best of what's available to purchase" in the Capital.
Higgins says thanks to innovative new-builds, some "otherwise less central locations, fantastic new transport links and high-end shops, restaurants and leisure facilities are making these areas truly desirable". Royal Wharf, Nine Elms, Stratford and King's Cross are some of the 'new generation neighbourhoods' commanding high prices per square foot in exchange for high-quality properties.
Great Minster House is described as an “exquisite reimagining of an existing building" into “elegant homes with all the comforts of 21st century living”, in the heart of Westminster. The development's one, two and three-bedroom homes and three-bedroom duplex penthouses, on the corner of Marsham Street and Horseferry Road "have been designed to the highest specifications". Higgins says residents will enjoy exceptional living "in an enviable location with the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben right on [their] doorstep". All homes in the development have full height feature doors and individually designed living spaces with floor to ceiling windows. Crowning the building are five luxury penthouses, designed to provide a wealth of indoor and outdoor space, with soaring ceilings, spacious living quarters and full-length terraces.
