Barratt London's Tudor and Ruby Court sells out, after only seven months on the market.
Barratt London's popular Croydon development – New South Quarter (NSQ) – is now in its next phase of development, as Tudor and Ruby Court's 35 one- and two-bedroom homes have sold out after only seven months. Home owners will be able to move into their new apartments from as early as February 2015.
New South Quarter is located in the heart of Croydon’s green regeneration and is just a short walk from Wandle Park, which has recently undergone a £3.8m restoration complete with bandstand, children’s playground, formal gardens, a pond and a pavilion as well as the existing skate park. Tudor and Ruby Court proved to be a popular phase in the development due to the outdoor living space on offer. Tudor Court homes had either a juliet, balcony or terrace and a private terrace on the top floor, as well as a communal rooftop terrace for residents to enjoy. All Ruby Court homes featured a balcony, from which many residents will be able to enjoy views of the River Wandle.
Palladian Court is the current phase available for purchase at New South Quarter. All of the apartments at Palladian Court are set around the River Wandle and have a balcony or terrace, where many residents can enjoy views of the river. The apartments now have German manufactured Nolte Express Kitchens fitted as standard, with a range of work tops and cupboards to choose from. A one-bedroom apartment in Palladian Court starts from £232,000 and, with the Government’s Help to Buy initiative available on the scheme, you might only need a 5% deposit.
Since the release of Tudor and Ruby Court in April 2014, there has been substantial price growth due to demand and we expect this to continue throughout 2015.
