Edgware Green is a “family favourite”

Metro Moves explores the top four family friendly homes, with Barratt London’s Edgware Green development making the cut.

Barratt London’s Edgware Green development is a “family favourite” in the Capital, says Metro Moves.

With “enough space for you, the kids and somewhere for them to run around”, all houses at Edgware Green feature a private garden, balcony or terrace, along with “access to communal gardens with a play area”. Apartments on the development also come with a balcony or terrace, and many homes have views across the Green Belt.

Edgware Green is part of a regeneration scheme of over 30 acres, where new streets and squares are being created. As part of the restoration, Barratt London is developing a new community facility and church – all housed in one building – with areas dedicated to different uses, such as a large hall, café, covered play area and office space.

At the heart of the development is a beautiful tree lined boulevard, where a network of paths, green spaces and water features will link the houses and apartments, creating a peaceful community feel, ideal for families

On this family friendly development, Regional Sales Director at Barratt London, Gary Patrick said: “Edgware Green is built in response to the demand for well-designed homes in affordable, safe communities amongst local amenities. Edgware Green provides the best value, space and quality design, surrounded by greenery, and within walking distance of the affluent neighbourhoods of Canons Park and Mill Hill, as well as popular retail and leisure destinations.”
