Edgware Green is in London’s “growth zone”

Homes and Property calls Edgware Green a “clever buy”. 

The London Evening Standard’s property correspondent, David Spittles, features Barratt London’s Edgware Green development as a new development in the Mayor of London, Boris Johnson’s “growth zone”.

Edgware Green is located near Colindale – “an area on the up” – and is an “obvious location for young Londoners” says Spittles. The area has a number of playing fields, country parks and avenues, and located on the Northern line in Zone 4, it’s an easy commute to the City or West End.

The design at Edgware Green is “sound” says Spittles, with big four-bedroom townhouses at Juniper Terrace featuring “private gardens, open-plan kitchen and family rooms, plus underground parking with direct access to each property”.
