Riverwalk and Tower East are the latest phases to launch at Barratt London’s Fulham Riverside development. Located in Fulham, one of London’s most coveted and fashionable areas, on the north bank of the Thames, between Chelsea and Putney.

Fulham Riverside is set around beautifully designed grounds, around an expansive communal podium garden, designed by Fabrik landscape architects. The open area facing the River Thames has a three-metre waterfall and a badminton court, table tennis and chess in the gardens.

Once completed, residents at Fulham Riverside will benefit from amenities including a landscaped piazza, podium gardens, fitness suite a 24-hour concierge service, and a new 100,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury’s superstore. The development will also open up one of the last undeveloped waterfront locations to the public by way of a riverside walk.

Mark Collins, Chairman at CBRE Residential, said: "Fulham Riverside is the perfect blend; excellently appointed homes for people looking to benefit from a beautiful riverside location, coupled with significant potential capital growth. Surrounded by the amenities and entertainment of Fulham, with speedy transport links, Fulham Riverside is an attractive oasis by the water. It also offers strong rental yields for buy-to-let investors, and with house prices across London predicted to grow by 30% in the next five years, we're confident Fulham Riverside will see strong capital appreciation.'

Fulham Riverside is conveniently located in Zone 2, and well connected to the West End and City through the nearby Imperial Wharf Overground station, with access to Waterloo in 24 minutes. The development is also just a few minutes’ walk from Chelsea Harbour and close to the famous King’s Road.

A selection of apartments will be available for residents to move into from summer 2015, with the entire development due for completion in 2019.
