Tudor and Ruby Court launched this weekend, the latest phase in Barratt London's popular New South Quarter development in Croydon
Tudor and Ruby Court is the latest phase at Barratt London’s successful New South Quarter (NSQ) development to launch, made up of 35 one and two-bedroom homes.
NSQ is at the heart of Croydon’s green regeneration. The development is next door to Wandle Park tram station with connections to London Bridge in under 30 minutes. The development is also close to Croydon's town centre, with its array of shops, amenities and entertainment venues.
The interiors of the homes at both Tudor and Ruby Court have been designed in a contemporary style, with flexible open-plan living as well as fully-fitted kitchens. Tudor Court homes have either a juliet, balcony or terrace and a private terrace on the top floor. All Ruby Court homes have a balcony, from which many residents will be able to enjoy views of the River Wandle. Residents at NSQ also have the benefit of facilities such as a proposed café, nursery, convenience store and an outside communal space.
Barratt London’s Regional Sales Director, Gary Patrick, comments: “Croydon is exceptionally popular with buyers not only because of the excellent transport links to London but also for its green spaces, including the restored Wandle Park. Thanks to Westfield and Hammerson investing £1billion into the Whitgift Centre, Croydon is increasingly recognised as an economic hotspot, with great prospects.”
As well as excellent commuter connections, NSQ has great road connections; the M25 is 9.7 miles away, the M23 is 8.3 miles away and London Gatwick Airport just 20 miles.
Prices started from £198,000 for a one-bedroom and from £252,000 for a two-bedroom, at the launch.
