Vedrikas explains that “when friends told them about new development Vickers Green in Crayford, near Dartford in Kent, the couple went to have a look and immediately fell in love with a two bed flat for sale at £174,000. They were overjoyed to find they had saved enough for the £12,000 deposit”.
The couple love their new home; Sandra commenting: “It is so peaceful and just 30 minutes from work. I love the view from my window”.
