Wembley Park is changing fast with a number of regeneration projects bringing “great new homes” and facilities to the neighbourhood. It is being transformed into a leisure and shopping destination with the development of the London Design Outlet featuring restaurants, a nine-screen cinema and shopping.
Barratt London’s Olympic Way development is featured as one of the new schemes contributing to the area’s regeneration. The development will bring 211 studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments to Wembley in summer this year. Each apartment features private balconies – some with views of Wembley Stadium - while others will enjoy views over the City. Residents will also benefit from a communal garden, gym, convenience store and concierge service.
Dean explains how buyers could be purchasing in “one of north-west London’s more affordable areas” with excellent transport connections. Located in Zone 4, “travel into the centre of town is quick”, with a 19-minute journey from Wembley Park station to Bond Street and 32-minutes to Canary Wharf.
