Great Minster House is catching London’s eye, including The Wharf, City AM and Metro Moves.
The area of Westminster is changing says Metro Moves, and “has plenty to offer outside of the nine-to-five”, including new homes at Barratt London’s Great Minster House development. According to Metro Moves, Westminster has recently seen a trend in converting offices and government buildings into residential apartments, and “residents are now flooding back into the heart of the Capital”.
Great Minster House is a “lavishly transformed office conversion on Horseferry Road” and is offering five, ultra-exclusive duplex apartments. The history of the area has not been lost on the interior design of the duplexes either, as they feature a “contemporary colonial feel”, says City AM. Designed by interior designers at Red Zebrano, the furnishings and artwork in the show home have been sourced from around the world, and “prospective buyers can get inspiration from its soft furnishings, upholstery and artwork aiming to combine a timeless elegance with London’s international feel”, says The Wharf. Director of CBRE, Alex Greaves, said: “The striking design of each apartment manages to showcase the development’s historic features while remaining contemporary and elegant”.
City AM states the duplexes at Great Minster House are “challenging traditional power architecture”, with each duplex featuring three-bedrooms, two underground parking stalls and outdoor terraces that run the length of the apartment. One of the duplexes has an “en-suite bathroom set high up in the building’s turret”.
Regional Sales Director at Barratt London, Gary Patrick, commented: “The village feel of the location has to be seen to be believed. Given that Westminster is an exciting place to call home we anticipate this will translate into strong demand for our limited supply of duplexes at Great Minster House.”
Great Minster House is made up of 61 spacious one-bedroom suites, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and duplexes. Great Minster House offers everything you could want from a central London residence and prices for the five duplexes start at £4,500,000 – all available to move into by the end of summer.
