Metro Moves chooses SW15 as a prime location in south-west London.
The “leafy feel” of Putney has Metro Moves calling this south-west London suburb a “smart money” choice, and Barratt London’s Putney Rise development is one of the latest developments in the area.
Located close to the river and across the water from Chelsea, Metro Moves says Putney is in a “prime location”, while still embodying the feeling of green, outdoor spaces that make up the fabric of the area. Metro Moves states the development is “just a few moments from the 400-acre Putney Heath that back on to Wimbledon Common” and is offering residents not only one, two and three bedroom-apartments, but three and four-bedroom townhouses as well. Metro Moves comments Putney Rise has “some of the best views across West London” and features landscaped grounds, a woodland garden, a grassed area and a play area.
Putney is host to a number of bars and restaurants, excellent schools and fantastic transport options that provide residents with quick and easy access to the heart of London. Designed by architects Carey Jones, the development plays on the listed and neighbouring buildings, as well as the large number of mature trees that will remain on site. All of the homes at Putney Rise have a private outdoor space and a long, tree-lined drives introduces residents to their new home.
A new show apartment at Putney Rise will be opening in late July along with a new selection of apartments. Prices from £660,000 to £1,165,000.
