Barratt London launches the Suna-designed penthouse show apartment at Altitude in Aldgate
Barratt London launched the penthouse collection at Altitude today - the final release for the Aldgate development.
Altitude is a 27-storey residential tower made up of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The five penthouses have been designed with meticulous attention to detail and are fitted with high quality fixtures and appliances. The most outstanding feature of this collection of penthouses is the panoramic views across the city.
Suna Interior Design Co-Director Helen Fewster comments: “Barratt London’s Altitude penthouse show apartment was a unique project for us. The brief was to create a distinctive space which would frame the incredible city vistas and provide inspiration to prospective residents. Our interior design for Altitude has a high-end, quality feeling, which combines classical elements with contemporary design.”
Suna Interior Design is an award-winning, boutique consultancy known for innovation, quality and creativity. The living space is furnished in a palette of warm greys with accents of metallic gold, yellow and navy for a contemporary edge.
Each open-plan penthouse at Altitude has a contemporary kitchen equipped with Siemens appliances, as well as under-floor heating throughout. The high ceilings and large windows provide an abundance of natural light.
Aldgate’s rapid regeneration has transformed perceptions of the area as a desirable location in which to live and invest. As a result, Barratt London has witnessed rising residential interest in the area - one of London’s most ancient districts. In particular, Altitude's central location has proven popular with city professionals looking for an urban apartment within walking distance of the office.
Altitude was designed by RMA Architects and the modern aluminium and glass building has become a new landmark for the area.
The penthouse collection prices started at £1,935,000 at the launch event.
