Essentials on your doorstep

Cygnet Mews has the best of both worlds, it is within easy reach to the hustle and bustle of Bedford, but surrounded by Bedfordshire countryside, you won't be short of things to do here. If you are looking for something a little closer to home, you also have a new bar/restaurant across the road. The new underpass and the new Leap Play area means that even the kids can be kept occupied.

Efficient, modern design

The development itself has been thoughtfully designed to include 2 play areas within the open green spaces and has had trees planted within the surrounding banks to ensure greater privacy and peace & quiet. On selected homes there are solar panels, sheds, bin stores, cycle stores and trees to be planted in the garden. Within the homes, we have made sure that they are built with sustainability and energy efficiency in mind. We use the latest energy and water efficient kitchen appliances, a highly efficient heating system to keep running costs low and we even pressure test once completed to make sure everything is tightly sealed so you won't be troubled by draughts.

The build so far

Cygnet Mews has proven very popular since opening its doors in early 2012. With over a 100 homes being build on this development, it will have a real sense of community, in an area close to open countryside and Bedford town centre.

Phase 2 is now at an end, with no more homes available. We do have two other developments in Bedford, to find out more you can visit our Greenkeepers Mews and Marston Park Sales Centres.
